This project entails the construction of the Al Arabia Press & Media building located in the Al Khalidiya area of Abu Dhabi, specifically in Sector W-10, Plot C-66. The commercial structure will feature three basement levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine, and 18 additional floors, which include 187 three-bedroom apartments, along with facilities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. The three basements will have the capacity to accommodate 145 vehicles. The total plot area for the Arabia Office Building project is approximately 1,400 square meters, encompassing four basement levels for parking, a ground floor, a mezzanine, 18 upper floors, and a roof, leading to a gross floor area of about 40,150 square meters. The building will house a total of 54 offices across approximately 22,230 square meters, along with two main exhibit halls on the ground and mezzanine floors, covering a combined area of 1,495 square meters. The project site is situated within the Central Business District (inner-CBD) area and will be completed in a single phase. Bids for the main construction contract have been submitted and are currently being evaluated, though the names of the bidders remain undisclosed.
