ABOUT MADINAT AL RIYADH
Currently under development, Madinat Al Riyadh or ‘Al Riyadh City’ is a mixed-use hub that will encompass around 8,000 hectares of land in Abu Dhabi. Once completed, it will feature a variety of residential and commercial properties, along with its own clinics, hospitals, schools, mosques, malls and parks.

Madinat Al Riyadh will serve as a ‘city within a city’ for the residents of Abu Dhabi, who can find affordable housing on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi and in proximity to Al Wathba and Al Shamkha, as per the Abu Dhabi public housing policy. The community is located right beside Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Road, which separates it from Al Shamkha.
